Francesca is an Italian Art Director and Illustrator living in Vancouver, Canada.

Since the start of her career she has specialized in designing characters and their stories while developing the look of various types of animated projects from film to commercials.

Francesca is the Character Art Director and the Character Designer of The Angry Birds Movie and its sequel .

Clients include LAIKA, Passion Pictures London, Reel FX, Walt Disney TV, SONY ANIMATION, Mackinnon and Saunders, Dwarf Studio Japan, Netflix, Nexus and Illumination Entertainment/Universal.
